About the Role:

This is an entry-level traineeship position ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in administration within the signage, print, or creative industry. You will support the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with our sales, design, and production teams to ensure jobs flow smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Customer Service
  • Greet customers in person and over the phone
  • Respond to email enquiries and direct to the appropriate team member
  • Assist with basic customer queries and job updates
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment
Administration Support
  • Enter and update job information in our job management system
  • Prepare job folders, work orders, and basic documentation
  • Assist with quoting preparation and data entry
  • File and manage digital and physical records
Sales & Workflow Support
  • Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups
  • Track job progress and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaise with production and install teams for scheduling updates
  • Help coordinate booking times for installs and site visits
General Office Duties
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain clean and organised office spaces
  • Support team members with ad-hoc admin tasks

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
